creativeHunger was approached by a Marketing Strategy Consultant to lead the CRM selection effort. We collected requirement from both employees and members and mapped them to strategic goals for the organization with a short- and long-term horizon. The collected requirements were integrated in an extensive RFP which was send out to a number of vendors. Beyond the requirements the RFP included an extensive demonstration requirements section and measurable success milestones.
After leading the vendor selection process through numerous meetings and demonstrations, creativeHunger helped the client finalize the contractual language the plan out the entire build, migration and roll-out process.
